Cook Punjabi Rajma Wow For Your Family With Jiwesh Punjabi Rajma Masala


















Method
step 1
Eat Rajma with water and put it in a pressure cooker, add 5 cups of water and salt and cover until it is 4-5 whistling.
Step 2
Then filter and keep the cooked water. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onion and fry until it becomes golden brown.
Step 3
Pour ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Now add Jiwesh Punjabi Rajma Masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add tomato puree and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Now pour Rajma and mix. Add a cup of cooked water and salt and mix it.
Step 6
Take a little mascara and mix well with Rajma.
Step 7
Now add garam masala powder little Jiwesh Punjabi Rajma Masala and cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve warmly with green coriander.
